Payment

Payments are made before any confirmation of course attendance is sent. Payments are made on the understanding that any monies paid to Master E are non-refundable

Special Note on Training Providers

Owing to the nature of our business, Our business acts as an agent for associated training centres who have centre approval for various courses we do not offer direct. Master E takes no responsibilty for service providers who are expected to act in a responsible way. If an introduced service provider fails to deliver Master E will endevour to make alternative arrangements. The service provider will make you aware of their service and give you contact details concerning pass or fail and certification

Refund/Return Policy

Owing to the nature of our business, once a course is purchased, there is usually no refund available, except at the managers desecration in very exceptional circumstances.
